Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for Retail Purchases
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.
Warranty for Retail Purchases
Unless otherwise noted, new Oura products purchased from an authorized retailer are covered by our standard limited warranty for a specific duration, depending on your region. Certified refurbished products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from the original retailer. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and the item name (Oura) must be clearly visible on the receipt.
