Can I return or exchange an Oura product I purchased from Amazon?
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

How does the sizing process work? Can I still get a sizing kit?
Sizing kits are available for purchase from Amazon for $10/10 €/£10. After you've determined your Oura Ring size and are ready to purchase your Oura Ring from Amazon, this credit will automatically be applied at checkout if you have an Oura Ring or Oura Ring charger in your cart. You must purchase your Oura Ring with the same Amazon account as you purchased the sizing kit.
The sizing for Oura Ring 4 is slightly different from Oura Ring Gen3. If you're switching between these different ring generations or uncertain about your size, make sure to use the right Oura Ring Sizing Kit for an accurate fit. The Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit includes white ring sizers, and the Oura Ring Gen3 Sizing Kit includes black ring sizers.
If you purchased an Oura Ring Gen3 sizing kit, you'll get your credit for an Oura Ring Gen3 product (ring or charger), and if you bought an Oura Ring 4 sizing kit, your credit will only be applicable for Oura Ring 4 (ring or charger).
The credit is non-transferable, only valid on Amazon, and you can only apply one $10/10 €/£10 sizing kit credit to your Oura product order. For additional questions about the credit, contact Amazon customer service.
How long will it take for my Oura product to ship?
All Oura product purchases on Amazon.com are subject to Amazon’s shipping policies, which differ from Oura's.
How much Is Oura Membership?
Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from the Oura online store or from an authorized retailer. Oura Membership is purchased and managed through Oura. Membership and its in-app features are only available in countries where Oura ships its products, and must be purchased with a credit card and billing address from one of those countries. New members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, membership pricing is as follows:

Oura Membership is tied to your Oura Account, not your physical Oura Ring. If you purchase an additional ring with an existing Oura account, you will not receive another complimentary month of Oura Membership.
If you would like to change the currency for your Oura Membership payments (e.g., from USD to CAD), you will need to cancel your membership and renew it on your next billing date in Membership Hub. You will continue to have the full Oura App experience through the end of your current billing cycle, and all of your data will be in your app once you renew.
Is there a warranty included with an Oura product purchase?
Unless otherwise noted, new Oura products purchased from an authorized retailer are covered by our standard limited warranty for a specific duration, depending on your region. Certified refurbished products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from the original retailer. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and the item name (Oura) must be clearly visible on the receipt.
Currently, only rings purchased from the Oura online store in the US are eligible for the Extend Protection Plan.
